• Consumers are accountable for healthy lifestyles, complying with treatment plans prescribed by their providers, and appropriate use of medical resources when educated
• Providers are accountable for quality of the care delivered, complying with medical best practices, for appropriately utilizing resources, controlling their cost structures, and providing prospective pricing and support for information transparency
