At the BHCG, we continue to look for the best health care options that meet our members’ many unique needs. The latest is a contract with Health Dynamics, a medical service corporation that assists business organizations, insurance carriers, health funds and associations in containing health care spending through preventive health programs.

Offering a comprehensive health screening program is a key step in making a positive impact on employees’ health and, by extension, our members’ health care costs. The Health Dynamics Preventive Care Program will allow the BHCG to assist member companies in working to improve the health of every employee.

Designed to thoroughly assess individual health status and health risks, the program will be offered initially to BHCG self-funded members’ employees and spouses at a preferred price and will be covered under the employees annual routine care benefit. The program consists of 17 components including comprehensive physical fitness testing and wellness coaching.

Other new products that are meeting our members needs include Humana’s recently introduced No Worry plan, which caps annual premium increases over a three-year period.The plan is available exclusively to BHCG member companies in Southeastern Wisconsin.
