Meet John Wuich, the Business Health Care Group’s first director of membership development. John is charged with new BHCG member recruitment and the retention of current members. Since February, he has been working directly with area brokers and consultants to assist them in communicating the BHCG value proposition and the benefits of membership to their clients while supporting them in their sales and service efforts.

John comes to us with an accomplished track record of success in the human resources and benefits arena in senior positions he held with Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and Mercer’s human resources consulting practice.

“I believe the Business Health Care Group is poised for significant growth and I enjoy communicating with brokers and employers about the advantages of participation,” said Wuich.

One of John’s areas of focus is boosting awareness of the BHCG among employers, especially smaller employers. His marketing plan targeted at the smaller employer market includes radio advertising and direct mail in addition to an e-mail campaign.

A major goal for John and the BHCG is improving communication and access to resources for the broker community. The recent development of the BHCG Broker Resource website and John’s quarterly broker teleconferences, Broker Inform, will help to achieve that goal. John is also available to speak about the BHCG at events and at individual meetings with employers and brokers.
